Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Pryzm Technologies operates primarily as a vendor-neutral technology advisor and broker. The majority of our advisory services are provided at no direct cost to the client — our compensation comes from the technology providers we place. This policy outlines refund and cancellation terms for any fee-based services we provide.

Free Advisory Services

Technology audits, market assessments, solution design consultations, and vendor procurement services are provided free of charge to clients. There are no fees to cancel or modify these engagements at any stage.

Fee-Based Consulting Services

Project-Based Engagements

For project-based consulting agreements (e.g., custom network design, compliance consulting), the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 business days before project commencement are eligible for a full refund of any paid deposits.
  • Cancellations made within 5 business days of project commencement may be subject to a partial fee representing work already performed.
  • Once a project deliverable has been completed and delivered, fees for that deliverable are non-refundable.

Retainer Agreements

For ongoing retainer-based managed services:

  • Either party may cancel a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice.
  • Fees paid in advance for the current billing period are non-refundable but services will continue to be delivered through the end of that period.
  • No cancellation fees or early termination penalties apply to retainer agreements unless otherwise specified in the signed service agreement.

Third-Party Carrier Contracts

Pryzm Technologies acts as an agent in the placement of carrier services. Cancellation and refund terms for those services are governed by the carrier's own service agreement, which you will review and sign directly. We will provide guidance on those terms during our engagement and advocate on your behalf in any dispute, but we cannot override carrier contract terms.
